I accept CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield and accept their PPO, EPO, and Federal Employee plans but not HMO plans. I will collect your insurance information at the time of scheduling and check your coverage to determine if a copay or deductible applies.
Rates
For all other insurance policies, I would be considered out-of-network. In this case, self-pay sessions are $175. If requested, I can submit an out-of-network claim to your insurance company on your behalf and depending on your benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement of your out-of-pocket cost for sessions.
